Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflexes on the feet. Each reflex point relates to various organs, glands and body parts, and by stimulating these reflexes through gentle thumb pressure it can help trigger the body into self healing action, promoting a state of wellbeing.
I have a light but effective touch when working on the feet, to help create a sense of relaxation. I use the pressure of my thumbs only and do not use tools to give a deeper pressure. The feet might be one of the most ticklish parts of your body, but I can promise you that receiving Reflexology is not ticklish!
