Pregnancy Reflexology

Reflexology during pregnancy

Reflexology during pregnancy aims to optimise the health of the pregnant woman. It is a safe and gentle way to help reduce stress on the body, and regular treatments can enable you to feel relaxed, less anxious, and might also help to increase your energy levels, all of which will benefit your growing baby.

Pregnancy for some women can be a long period of discomfort and fatigue, with morning sickness, headaches, high blood pressure, backache and other pregnancy related conditions affecting hormones, emotions and much more.

Being able to support women through their pregnancy and beyond with reflexology is a wonderful experience and one that I feel honoured to be a part of. Reflexology is known for its ability to promote relaxation, improve circulation, encourage balance in the body, and provide relief from tired, aching and swollen feet.
